Are you still unsure?
To help people think about how they might explore their idea, and what might be holding them back, we are also participating in an on-line session with Quiet Connections. The session is designed to help you overcome any fears you might have about joining Springboard and running your own business – it is free to watch and you can watch at your leisure.
“I know how hard it can be to bring an idea to life when you’re feeling anxious and self-doubting about sharing your idea or if you’re the right person for the job. Even as I was working on Quiet Connections with SSE, I was looking around thinking that I’m out of place and comparing myself to others.” Hayley from Quiet Connections

Our commitment to diversity, inclusion and accessibility
We recognise that discrimination of all sorts infiltrate every part of our society, and we are working hard to counter that wherever we find it. To that end, we actively encourage applications from people of all faiths, races, gender identities, sexual orientations, economic circumstances and backgrounds, as well as those from disabled communities. No educational qualifications are needed to join our programmes.
Reasonable adjustments regarding accessibility will be made to ensure all are welcomed onto the programme. Please get in touch – we’re happy to talk things through.
